Psychotherapy Fees

Our fees vary based on the therapist and the type and length of the session. See below for a complete list of therapists. Generally, our fees are:

$100 - $200 – Associate Therapist, Supervised by Licensed Therapist

$175 - $350 – Licensed Therapist

Session length

The length of sessions is determined by the therapist and client in collaboration. Below are the typical session lengths:

-Sessions for individuals are typically 50 minutes and may extend to 80 minutes

-Sessions for couples and families are typically 80 minutes and can extend to 2 hours

Insurance Coverage:

At Pathways to Wellness, we are OUT-OF-NETWORK for all insurance companies, meaning none of our therapists are a preferred or contracted provider with any insurance company.

We will gladly provide you with a super bill after each session.

We do accept Medicare with supplemental insurance. Current therapist accepting Medicare with supplemental insurance is Stephenie Champlin LCSW.
