SCHEDULE & CASELOAD

Our new therapist is free to schedule clients either in-person or online, 15 to 40 clients per week, Monday through Sunday, from 9am to 8pm. It is expected that they will provide enough varying availability to accommodate the scheduling needs of our adult and couple’s client population. As such, the following scheduling parameters apply:

  • Therapists must be available for scheduling clients at least three (3) different days of the week. For instance, a therapist who is only available to see clients on Thursdays and Fridays would not have adequate availability for the position.

  • Therapists must schedule clients for in-person or online; depending on specific client needs or locations.

  • Therapists will need to offer a variety of morning, mid-day, and evening hours.

  • Therapists must be available to schedule clients at our highest-demand hours of 4:00 5:00 and 6:00 pm, at least two evenings per week.

  • The incoming therapist is expected to maintain a minimum 15 direct therapy hours per week once they have established a steady caseload over approximately two months.

  • Therapists are expected to conduct at least 4-5 hours of direct therapy services per workday.

THE INCOMING THERAPIST CAN EXPECT TO RECEIVE APPROXIMATELY 3 - 5 NEW CLIENT LEADS EACH WEEK

The clinicians who have had the most success in building their caseload have exhibited the following traits:

  • They make an effort to connect with new clients within 24 hours of initial phone contact

  • They convey empathy and compassion during the call

  • They are consistent in maintaining their appointments

  • They express positive regard toward their clients

  • They convey confidence in their abilities

  • They follow-up with (to thank and/or consult with) referral sources, and

  • They instill hope early on in the therapy process.

Underlying these traits is a value system that we believe is inherent to our team-- a true passion for personal growth and relationships, gratitude for what we do, and connection with the clients we serve. These are qualities that we are seeking in our new team member.

Please do not contact the office directly regarding the position as we are unable to respond to each individual inquiry. Applicants who are invited to interview will be notified through Indeed on a rolling basis.
